Mark Pellegrino’s 40-year career in the investment advisory and wealth management industry encompassed executive leadership roles at a top-tier global investment advisory company, well-regarded regional banking organizations, and successful boutique advisory firms. His experience includes directing equity research efforts, developing alternative asset platforms and mutual fund complexes, leading family office efforts, and serving as one of the founders of Banc One Investment Advisors. Mark played numerous strategic, leadership/management, asset management and client-facing roles — including P&L responsibilities — across the entirety of his long career. At the end of his career, he orchestrated the merger of Rainier Group Investment Advisory with Coldstream Holdings, now a $10 billion boutique wealth management firm. Mark has a proven track record in expertly leading and building successful teams through mergers, reorganizations, paradigm shifts, economic upheaval and market downturns. In a brief stint away from the investment advisory business, he was a principal at a health care technology start-up firm, where he raised seed capital and then ran the firm’s operations until its sale to another entity.

During his 20 years in the greater Seattle community, Mark served on the board of directors for several prominent non-profit organizations, including Bellevue Boys & Girls Clubs, ACT Theatre and the Bellevue College Foundation. He was also among the original members of the President’s Circle for the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center. In addition to his non-profit work, Mark is the President of the Fidalgo Bay Community Association’s Homeowners Association.

Mark holds a BBA in Finance from Texas Christian University and is a graduate of the “Leading Strategic Change” program at the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.

Mark has lived in the Anacortes community since 2020 with his wife Nancy and golden retriever Decker.
